Thanks for the replies, so without the patch
what happens? It won't validate a users password(ARERR 329)? Was just wondering
because currently without the patch that is what I am getting, just want to get
to the point where the patch is needed before actually installing any
patches on the dev server. Thanks.

Hello Jason,
You will also want to use Remedy Mid-Tier 6.3 Patch 14 or later. I just
brought up a development Mid-Tier server running 6.3 it is connecting to an AR
5.1.2 patch 1484 server. So far everything is looking good. I'll need to make
some visual changes to some of my forms but nothing that will take to much
time.
