Gary,
We utilize crystal reports with our Remedy
server. The parameters are not supported. So what you have to do is have the user
value all parameter fields before you invoke Crystal reports. Then in your Open URL you
would send those values to the crystal report on open.
Let me know if this makes sense

have the following Run Process command in an Active Link:

It
opens the Crystal
report fine but, after the prompt for manager, the report only displays the
field id number for zTmpManager. Anyone have any idea what I need to do
or if I'm even making sense ?
