I'm evaulating ITSM Suite 7.0. If I open a New Request on "Requester Console" the request ID remains "In Process" that means no IM or CM tickets generated. What I've checked so far: 1. ciaeventcmd.dll plugin is configured in ar.cnf 2. One EVENT is generated for the request but it remains in New state, there is no Return Code, Error Msg.
