I got the same error multiple times, and we are not running McAfee.

Finally got it installed. The Runtime Error message popped up 2 more times during the install. I think disabling McAfee anti-virus is what made the install work.

I tried to install Incident Management again, this time with McAfee anti-virus disabled. After about 30 minutes it stopped with this error:

Runtime Error!

No program name was listed in the message. Once I clicked OK the installation appears to be continuing - CPU back up to 100%.
