Hi,

Himanshu's got it right. We've spent a lot of time getting Scapa to work 
with the Remedy APIs.  It performs capture/replay by processing the Client 
API logs, and it automatically handles all the input/output dependencies 
between forms. In addition, it provides functionality that sources the 
Remedy system to automatically generate "alternatives" to allow you to 
replay lots of users doing similar (but not identical) transactions to 
those that were captured.

One of the issues that is important at the moment is planning for Remedy 7 
migration. Perhaps some of our customers can add some details here about 
this work?

On the question of pricing, you would have to enquire with the specifics, 
but Himanshu's about right - at least as far as list price is concerned.
