Hi, Michiel, Murtuza and other listers. Thanks again for your responses.
We just applied patch 2 and then ran the CMDBExtLoader. We yielded these results: Remedy CMDB: SUCCESS Reconciliation Engine: SUCCESS RE Patch SW00223863: SUCCESS Remedy Reconciliation Engine: FAILURE Although, we received a failure, four new fields have been added to the Characteristics tab of the Attribute Definition. This includes the menu fields we wanted. The SHARE Application properties shows that patch 1.1.0 patch 002 has been applied. Did you (or anyone else) run into any issues when you applied patch 2? It appeared to run OK, with the exception of the glaring FAILURE at the end. Could this be the installation issues that the readme referred to? I've check the CMDBExtLoader error and the arrecond logs. CMDBExtLoader reflects mainly the results of what you see above. Did anyone run KB article KM-000000024808 to verify the patch? It includes reimporting forms, running the driver, importing more forms and workflow, and then running the CMDBDriver program? The fresh installation took about 1 hour, so the patch is more intensive than the whole install. I guess the installation issues they have solved in v3 might apply to the full installer, and not to the patch. -- Michiel On 7/29/06, Murtuza Bookwala <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi Michelle, > > Although I haven't installed patch 3, I might do it soon.
