Qualified candidates will have the following requirements: Candidate must have development and administrative support experience with the Remedy Action Request System (v 5.1.2 or newer) as well as the Remedy Help Desk and Change Management applications. Knowledge of CMDB is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL concepts, Unix, Oracle C++, Java Scripting will be a plus. Candidate must have solid analytical, system design and problem solving skills. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to work in a team environment with shared team accountability. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? Successful incumbents will be responsible for: customer, product and production for our implementation of the Remedy infrastructure. This includes participation in the current activity to upgrade to the new release 7.0 system. It will include support of the Online Services applications for Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Configuration Management.
