Hi listers, We have been using OLE calls from Remedy to Word for spell checking fine for the last three years, but now management wants to bring in Hummingbird and in testing we are now getting errors. It looks like Hummingbird sees a file closing and interrupts the Remedy OLE calls with a bunch of annoying messages and errors.
The first message is "Do you want to save the changes you made to document1?" And then depending on what you answer you may or may not get a bunch of others. We opened a ticket with Remedy Support but so far they seem stumped too. Has anyone else run into this? HPD 6.0 ARS 6.3 MS SQL Server As always any help greatly appreciated!
