I don’t know if this might be it,
but after I upgraded to patch 17, read permissions on the USER form had been
revoked which caused a menu item for a ‘list my tickets’ to break.
Try giving read access to field 1 on the user form. That fixed my issue. It
wasn’t immediately apparent after the upgrade because only a few people
used that function.
Just a thought.

Help -
This error just started appearing today to all non-Administrator users
when they attempt to read records in SHR:Bulletin. The permissions
on
the Entry-ID (Field ID 1) is Assignee (view), Public (view), Submitter
(view).
The permission on the form is Public.
I have tried restarting Remedy NT Service.
Any ideas?
