I searched the web for some js that would allow this, but it does not look to be possible. Found some vague references that someone had done something like this with signed scripts.

Maybe its because they now create these web pages dynamically that they have forgotten to include this exception while generating the page code?? All the default Windows title bar buttons (minimize, maximize and close) show up even though on open of the dialog I have checked the check box to not show the close button...
