not exactly since Micro$oft still support Windows 2000 client/server and BMC specifically told me that ARS 7 and ITSM 7 for Windows was supported on Windows 2003 Server only. I am glad I asked as I had already installed Oracle 10g on a Windows 2000 Server for a sandbox.
