Title: Trouble with using AR System .NET API version 1.2.1761.15495

Hi,
 
While installing HelpDesk 6.0 (base setup) on a production server, I'm getting the following error :
 
Setup is currently installing Remedy Object Store components...
"Failed to load prerequisite applications."
 
Environment : Windows 2003 Server, 2GB RAM , 13 GB free Hard Disk space, ARS 6.3 Patch 17, Helpdesk 6.0 (Not yet licensed.)
 
ARS 6.3 Patch 17 installation was successful. Able to connect to Remedy using User and Admin tools. But Helpdesk installation is failing with the above error message.
 
Please help to rectify this and install successfully.
 
I'm installing sample data also with Helpdesk. When I used the same files to install on an unlicensed development server, there were no such errors.
