Hi George,

we patched to #18, let's see if that will help. We also applied one
patch at the Win2k3 box.

I'm quite sure that it is load related, as it only happens
(infrequently, like very other week) at Nafta operation times, which are
using the web very much ... seems like US folks like web things :-)

After all, found the bug SW00240706 at the Remedy Product Defects and
status is "Work in Progress". That seems to be what we are facing.

Are you sure that this problem is caused by IIS6? Which patch of the
6.3 Midtier are you running? How often does this occur - might it be
related to the load on the Midtier server?
