I'm quite sure that it is load related, as it only happens (infrequently, like very other week) at Nafta operation times, which are using the web very much ... seems like US folks like web things :-) After all, found the bug SW00240706 at the Remedy Product Defects and status is "Work in Progress". That seems to be what we are facing.
