LJ, We (Planwell Technology, an Australian-based company but don't let that worry you just yet) have two products that integrate with Remedy and Microsoft Project:
Remedy Link for Microsoft Project (RLMP) - This is a bi-directional interface between Change Management (ITSM) and Microsoft Project. It is sold and licensed by BMC Remedy and will ONLY work with Change Management. Planwell Link for Microsoft Project (PLMP) - this is also a bi-directional interface between any appropriate Remedy application (i.e. has "Change" style form with Start/End dates, assignment information etc) and Microsoft Project. It is sold and licensed by Planwell and will NOT work with the ITSM suite. Both products are priced at $9,500 per server (+18% support), regardless of the number of clients. PLMP would appear to be a match for what you are developing. While we don't have many customers using PLMP in the US, we have many implementations of RLMP and I believe that some of them may be in a similar line of business or have similar requirements for the country of origin of software but have made an exception for RLMP - your BMC Account Representative may be able to get you a list of such customers- you understand that I can't provide such a list ...
