Fixed licenses - $960 each - plus maintenance cost every year
Floating licenses - $2400 each - plus maintenance cost every year
Maintenance is usually 15% of that list price.

** Can anybody tell me what the list prices are for Remedy ARS Server
licenses, ARS Fixed User licences and ARS Floating User licenses?
I can't seem to find that info anywhere on their website, and the phone rep
wants to ask me a million questions before they'll even consider telling
me.
