I believe that the audit trail on the Change form is nothing more than
the Status-History field which you could include in your report.
Otherwise, yes, you would like have to find a join or create one from
SHR:Audit and CHG:Change.

I also just noticied, the Audit Trail is not an actual field on the
CHG:Change form.  It's a button that opens a different form, and that
form
looks like it's populated from the SHARE:Audit form.

Is there a way to create a report from two forms?  Would I need to make
