check to see if the pc has the Microsoft VM JIT compiler for virtual machine... checked or enabled.

Under version 5.1.2 patch 1428, we have a single user that attempts to
bring up Requestor under mid-tier. Using IE 6.0.2900.2180 Login.jsp comes
up with the "Login" button disabled. On other machines, using the same
version of IE the "Login" button is enabled, and on the same machine, under
Netscape the "Login" button is enabled. Anyone else encounter something
similar.
