Tim (et al), Thanx for all the help. I got it to work. It turns out that the issue was the 'DisplayOnly' form. Our Remedy uses this to populate other forms, and of course the API has issues w/ this. Anywho, I changed the code to utilize the base form and it works.
Stephen, Thanx for the info. Although I've been coding for 20+ years now, the majority of it has been in Perl/Java and pre .Net languages. I've just recently transfered into an area where I actually need to utilize the .Net architecture and although the change-over isn't difficult, there are always nuances that you either miss or forget.
