Hi
i got this problem on when i working with Remedy Help Desk,
especifically in the module track asset.
When i try searching for an asset whatever it is i got this error:
ARERR [552] Failure during SQL operation to the database : [IBM][CLI
Driver][DB2/6000] SQL1585N A system temporary table space with
sufficient page size does not exist. SQLSTATE=54048 , Native Error
Code: (-1585)
I can not search for or update any of the assets.
the rest of modules are working fine, but asset is not working
we already modified
Create a system temporary table space:
db2 connect to ARSYSTEM
db2 create bufferpool buf32k SIZE 1000 PAGESIZE 32k
db2 terminate
db2 connect to ARSYSTEM
db2 "create system temporary tablespace TEMP32K PAGESIZE 32k managed by
system using ('SMS') bufferpool buf32k"
but the problem continue
