Hi Angel,
Normally you would request license from your Remedy vendor. Usually they would give you fixed licenses which is sometimes good for a month (evaluation). You just need to give your Host ID, Site Name and the Remedy products you need to get licensed and they will provide you the licenses within 3-5 days. This is sometime free of charge, but if you need a license for a year or so, there's a certain cost for this.
