Using ars 6.00.01 patch 1394 running on windows 2000,sql 2000. using remedy admin 6.00.01 rel April 21 2004.
I am creating a Flashboard variable with 8 qualification items - when I try to add one more qualification to the string I get an error that consists of a red X and no other info. I am told the save failed after clicking on OK. I have tried changing the variables in the string and it seems to be the number of variables rather than the string itself. Suggestions?
