CRD
may be another option for you:
It's
quirky and buggy, but it's also cheap and powerful, so it's a
trade-off.
Some of the features I really like to it are:
- Reports can be set to run on custom
calendars
- Custom calendars can be pulled from any SQL source,
including Remedy.
- It supports up to 4 parallel threads.
- It supports start times with formats such as "2:25 AM Last
Friday"
A
few of the features I don't like so much are:
- Once defining an output location, it is not possible to retrieve
the value, so it can not be verified.
- The default install creates a public network share. (this
can later be made into a private share)
- The progress bar is sometimes hangs, even though the report has
completed.

Subject: Re: send Remedy email notification for reports automaticallyI've been using http://www.crystaldesk.com/ and it works great. I can schedule daily, weekly, monthly or one-time. VERY reasonable cost. Easy to use.Susan
