Hey guys, I was wondering if there was anyway to get file attachments from Remedy without using the API, but using C# or Perl. I know that the Remedy API compresses files before they are saved. Is it absolutely necessary to use their API to view these files ? Or does anyone know which compression format they use to save these files? Thanks!
