I am supporting a client that has an old copy of CRM ... version 4.3.0.0 hmmmm ... ok ... very old.
However, it still shows up on the compatibility matrix as being supported. The difficult thing is trying to find a copy of the software ... apparently not even BMC has a copy ... that is the word that was given to me. Although if it is supported ... why do they not have a copy. Anyway ... IF there is anyone out there that has a copy I would be forever greatful to receive such a copy.
