I have done this to myself before on a new system where Demo still
had a blank password - had to stop the service and edit the \CONF\ar.cfg file
removing all AREA-LDAP- entries, or as Joe says, simply change the
Crossref-Blank-Password: from "T" to "F" then restart the
service.

Uncheck the cross reference blank password.. This would not use the AD
plugin when a user logs into remedy

Configured LDAP Configurations and now none of the users can log into
remedy.
Does anyone know how I can back-peddle and fix this.
Management refuses to build development so this is on production.
