Shhhhhhhh don't tell Phil!
 
I may tell my manager I need some help with my upgrade just to get Rick's help and input!  HUGE mistake letting him go from any organization!  A competitor would be smart to grab him quick!
 
You can't get that kind of knowledge and skill in a new hire or junior level developer!
 
I want to be Rick when I grow up :)
