Tony: You should be able to go into Call, Incidents, Contacts, Locations, etc separately and do a QBE true search on each. Once the data is listed, either in "List Options" or "Options" you can select the columns you need (Modify Columns) and also choose "Export to Excel" to create a delimited file for each one. That may be the easiest method????
