My $0.02 I look at this as a very good thing. It has been my experience that most large software companies rarely listen to their customers, unless they are the company's largest customer.
I am encouraged that Dave is scheduling time to meet with any and all ARS Listers. I can only think that if this meeting is productive and beneficial to BMC that it will be repeated. Who knows, this could become an annual or more frequent event. Dave, I won't be attending this year's BUW but if I did I would do what I could to be at your meeting. Personally, I would rather influence a software manufacturer than learn a new tip or trick. I can learn these things almost any day, but speaking with a Sr. Product Mgr at BMC may only happen once every year or two.
