My $0.02

I look at this as a very good thing. It has been my experience that
most large software companies rarely listen to their customers, unless
they are the company's largest customer.

I am encouraged that Dave is scheduling time to meet with any and all
ARS Listers. I can only think that if this meeting is productive and
beneficial to BMC that it will be repeated. Who knows, this could
become an annual or more frequent event.

Dave, I won't be attending this year's BUW but if I did I would do what
I could to be at your meeting. Personally, I would rather influence a
software manufacturer than learn a new tip or trick. I can learn these
things almost any day, but speaking with a Sr. Product Mgr at BMC may
only happen once every year or two.

UserWorld - open invitation

No offense Dave, but it seems like this should be made available to all
paying customers, regardless of their ability to attend BUW.
