This might be a bit late, but for those of you coming to the BMC UserWorld, if you still have your old pins you could bring them with. The pins for this year have not been received and their phone is out of service (and yes I have already paid for them, sigh).
On the good side, this year's magnetic squares, better than last years, have arrived and the middle is an image of the pin, so ask for these not the pins at the previously mentioned spots. ....
