You will need the Oracle 7.3.4 client libraries if you want to connect to an 8i database.

Hi List,
We have ARS 4.0 running in HP-UX 10.x and Oracle 7.3. We are planning to migrate the system to HP-UX 11.x and Oracle 8.1
Can any one help on what would be the impact ? Is there any change (software) required ? Is ARS 4.0 compatible with Oracle 8.1
Appreciate if you can share your thought.
