Hi All, Are there any sites running:
ARServer 6.3 (on HP 11i) Mid-Tier 6.3 (or 7.0 on Solaris 8) ITSM 6.0 Application Suite that have a few hundred concurrent users accessing any of the HelpDesk roles such as Remedy Requester Remedy Support Remedy Management We use WebSphere 5.0 as our web environment (on Solaris) and have stress- tested to 600+ users successfully, but I am curious as to whether there are other sites out-there running ITSM HelpDesk essentially via the browser using Mid-tier 6.3+ (or at least with a high percentage of their user base accessing Remedy via the web interface).
