I haven't taken the course but I like the install it on a test machine and pound-the-guts-out-of-the-system approach better before attending any training, if necessary, after researching the new features of a system you are already familiar with.. You learn more that way as you are equipped with information on what you need to understand on the new system... Sometimes the new features might be fairly intuitive and self explanatory, and the need to pay for a training might be absolutely unnecessary..
