I was putting together some refinements to our helpdesk home page, and wanted a way for groups to restrict their views to specific CTIs (ie. the commercial team could field tickets related to order entry, purchasing, edi, returns, invoicing), so they could just view their tickets for a specific CTI.  The only way I could figure of doing that was to have a direct SQL menu than did a select distinct from the CTIs in the users call stack.
 
Have to admit that it worked absolutely perfectly ...
