The filter with the notification was running just fine and sending messages when there was only one mail box defined.
I created a new mail box in the AR system email mailbox configuration form and had a new mail account on the exchange server created..
The original mailbox is still set as the default.
Since I added the new mailbox the problem occurs - the messages stay in the AR system email messages form/mailbox and never seem to get sent......

Inquiring minds would like to know if you are running on UNIX or Windows and if you have setup the Outbound Mail server as is required when you installed the e-mail engine?

The filter ran and the notification is sitting in the email Messages
form.
