Web services- advanced query problem

Listers,

                      

                      I am trying to advance Query the Help desk through Webservices. i could execute the following commands

'Status' = "In Progress" AND 'Corporate ID' = "007"

Status' = "In Progress" AND 'Corporate ID' = "007" AND 'Last Modified By' = "Tom".

 I am unable to advance query the helpdesk and fetch the records falling between two dates

For ex: 'Status'  = "Closed" AND "Submit Date" >= "2006-08-02T00:00:00-03:00" AND "Submit Date" <= "2006-08-03T00:00:00-03:00"

I am able to query and fetch the records with the 'Status'  = "Closed" AND "Submit Date" >= "2006-08-02T00:00:00-03:00"

 

i need to get the records between the two submitted dates . Please advice me
