I am having a problem here and I hope someone here might know of a way around this.
I have a button that this AL run from: PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-URL mailto:$Requester Login Name+$?subject=$Case ID+$ $Summary$ This works fine 99% of the time but I have seen this problem were the summary has a double quote or an & in the text. When this happens I get an error (The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.)
