Hello, Issue is, SLA 6.0, we're looking to leverage business hours tags for 40+ groups, we don't want to have dozens of SLA's to accomplish this. The Group/Idividual business hours tag is tied to each SLA on a one to one basis, we need to be able to pass the group (on task) into the SLA during creation. Anyone seen an easy way to accomplish this?
