Anthony:
I would suggest either using two double quotes "" or a backslash double quote \"
I think the former is more likely to work.

Subject: set field question
Hi all,
I have a question regarding set fields - how do you get it to print a "
character in the field. Usually in most languages you would use something like /" to print special characters, but i can find anything in remedy docs...
Any ideas?
Thanks all
