into admin tool - select form / current view / properties / Menu Access - The
help option is not enabled Select it, save the form and reload the form in User
tool - it will then work.

It is dissabled in the Help Desk package for the majority of the forms and I want to enable it. It shows up on most of the forms as completely grayed out.
I don't care as much for my users as I do for me. I liked being able to click on that and see the form number easily.
