Anybody is having Remedy application recovery, ARS Server recovery &
mid-tier recovery documents or else can tell recovery process for ARS Server
& mid-tier.
We have below configuration in our production environment.
ARS Server 6.3
ITSM 6.0 (all modules)
CMDB 1.1
MS SQL Server 2000 enterprise edition
Window 2000 server
