I do the same except:

Run Process Command Line = PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-URL mailto:$Requester Login Name+$?subject=$Case ID+$ $Summary$

The only odd thing that can get you here is in the summary if they use a double quote this will fail.

Create your "button"

Create an Active Link so that:

The Form Name = your Form Name

Button = your new button

Run Process Command Line = cmd /c start mailto:$Email$

Subject: Mailto Links

Hello everyone:

What's the easiest way to add mailto link onto a Midtier form? I want to create a button with an e-mail icon on it that's linked to a mailto link.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Norm
