To check this go to your server's Control Panel' > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC) > Choose AR System ODBC Data Source and hit the configure button. Make sure Use underscores is checked.

Hi All,
Problem
While running Crystal Reports in Remedy User Tool it throws Query Engine Error in the Production Server. But in Acceptance Server it works fine.
"Error in file.........rpt: Query Engine Error".
Adjust the date format in the User Tool under Tools > Options > Locale tab > Date/Time style to custom - MM/dd/yyyy and I tried with the
ODBC Use Underscores.
Tried with the above solutions but it did not help getting the same error.
Any suggestions.
Please help.
