Thanks for responding <Carey Matthew Black>Did anything on the server change after the Mid-Tier was installed?</Carey Matthew Black>
None that I can think of. Unfortunately, I didn't get to install it. But, my guess is that nothing has been changed since it has been installed. By the way, Tech Support just called and said that this issue has been reported by several customers on Mid-Tier 7.0 patch 1. This issue is already escalated and is being looked at by engineering. In the interim of course, I'm going to be sending screenshots and logs to them. Thank you again for responding so quickly. Your Mid-tier install does not have all of the right PATH things setup on the host. Most likely the issue is a failure of the web server JVM to find a dll/so file. But it could also be a failure of the web server JVM to find a jar file file. Last (and least likely) would be a bug in the v7 Java/C API. Did anything on the server change after the Mid-Tier was installed? The PATH env setting? Any Java things change? Any Web Server things change? -- Carey Matthew Black Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) ARS = Action Request System(Remedy) Love, then teach Solution = People + Process + Tools Fast, Accurate, Cheap....
