Good morning. We have internal users who use our internal network
authorization(LDAP) to log onto our network. After doing so they then
login to the Remedy client using their LDAP network login again. If their
login expires they get a prompt prior to logging into the network/machine
to change their passoword.

For our external internet users they have an LDAP account, however, they
do not use out network login so they go right to the Remedy mid tier app
to login with their ID, however, if there password LDAP expires there is
no way for them to change it on their own. Does anyone have a solution to
have the internet users with LDAP accounts have the ability to change
their passwords accessing the mid tier directly?

Thank you,
Jeff
