I agree, Remedy tech support has always been top-notch. I had an interesting experience the other day when I called in a problem. I was transferred to a tech guy who seemed anoyed with my question. (Sorry, I'm not as Windows savy as I should be, I was raised in the UNIX world). Anyway, he said he'd e-mail me a brief synopsis of what to do and then call me back. I never received anything, not even a ticket number. This is the first time this has ever happened to me with Remedy support. I guess nothing lasts forever.
