Hi ! listener. I am installing and configuring a Hardware load balanced ARS 6.3 ITSM 6.0 based system
As for configuring all the shared databases, servers groups, and the load balancing configuration i have no problem. My main question is as follow: There is two server in the server group. We want DSO to be used and also to have a fail over capability. I know that on both server the DSO process as to be running, but to we need 1 licences for each of them ? Also the other DSO Remedy server out from this group, that is sharing data with the primary DSO in the group server, does is have to go trought the load balancer or simply map to the primary server and in case of faillure of this one the passive DSO member of the group will take over ?
