There is a patch 1 for v7 already, but that is v 7.0.0 patch 1.
v7.0.1 would be a maintenance release not a patch.
and
v7.1 would be a minor release.

BTW: I heard at BUW that Patch2 (v7.0.0 patch2) would be out at the
"end of Aug", but I just found it that it was released today at
9/19/06 7:23:05 AM (EST?) But I find it very old that the readme lists
over two dozen bug fixes for the ARS server, but it no where to be
found in the download link... maybe it is not yet ready for prime
time?
