As an owner of an AR System license under annual support, you are entitled to as many complimentary MidTier instances as you wish.

 

By the way, are you placing the MidTier servers in the DMZ, or in the trusted subnet?  Also, where are you placing your firewalls?  (Inquiring minds want to know!)

No.  You do not need any license keys to use Mid-Tier.  So you will need only two keys for the two ARS servers.

        v5 when the Mid-Tier was first released.
       
        However in v6 they dropped the Mid-Tier license requirement and raised the
        price of the ARS server instead. :)
