No. You do not need any license keys to use Mid-Tier. So you
will need only two keys for the two ARS servers.

Rick,
v5 when the Mid-Tier
was first released.
However in v6 they
dropped the Mid-Tier license requirement and raised the
price of the ARS
server instead. :)
