Fred:
We use an unclassified system to deal with a particular
type of trouble call involving classified information. We have a process
which allows for really vague information to be put in the ticket (thus not
giving away any details about the classified), but still allows the tech to
get the info he/she needs to resolve the problem. But our ARS system itself
is unclassified, and we don't have a classified one.
I don't know if that answers your question or not. It
may be more "variation on a theme".
Good luck in figuring out whatever it is that triggered
your "curiosity question".

It is almost Friday.... If they were classified, could they
tell you? ;)

Hi List,
Just a curiosity question.
Just wondering how many might be running a classified ARS operation. If so, do you also have an unclassified ARS operation?
Thanks for any response
