Hi All, I am trying to configure Web Reporting in ARS 7.0. I have Crystal Enterprise 10 installed and am using IIS 6.0 on the same box. When I try to run a report through the Mid-Tier I am prompted for Crystal's CMS userid/password:
"The Web Component Server could not log you on to the CMS. Please re-enter your user name and password. [On Cache/Page Server: servername.WCS]" In ARS 6.3 I was able to pass Crystal's CMS credentials by updating the "Run Command" field in Remedy's "Report Type" form with the following: $CRTLOC$/arreports/$RPTLOC$? init=$CRTVWR$&User0=$USR$&ARServer=$ARSERVER$&ARServerPort=$ARSERVERPORT$&A RAuthentication=$ARAUTHENTICATION$&ARReportLocale=$LOC$&ARVUIType=1&Passwor d0=$PWD$&SF=$RPTQUERY$&apsuser=Remedy&apspassword=remedy&apsauthtype=secEnt erprise This does not seem to be working in 7.0. The report runs fine once I enter the credentials. Has anyone come across this problem before? Does anything need to be adjusted in the above "Run Command" to make it work?
